Temporary – Assignment may last from a minimum of four hours to an extended, but specific period of time.
Temporary-To-Hire – We will assign an employee to client’s site for an evaluation period. At the completion of the agreed upon time, the employee transfers to client’s payroll at no additional charge.
Direct Hire/Executive Search – Recruitment for permanent, full-time positions.
On-Premise Management – Daily support and management of temporary work force at client’s facility.
Payrolling – The client identifies the candidate; and Right Hire Staffing becomes responsible for all payroll, federal and state unemployment taxes, and worker’s compensation.
